A LITTLE HELP FOR YOUR GARDEN
From your first plant
to everyday care.
Find an answer for what you are doing now. Take a look at the app if you would like an introduction.
01 / GETTING STARTED
Start with your first plant
What can I do with Love Plants?
In the app, you can browse plant information, add your own plants to a garden, set watering or feeding reminders, keep care records and add growth photos. You can also browse posts shared by other plant lovers. The website does not provide a plant database or online plant search.
How do I add a plant to my garden?
Browse or search for a plant in the app, open its profile and choose “Add to my garden”. You can then find it in your personal garden and add a care plan or records when you are ready.
Where can I download the app?
For iPhone, visit the App Store listing. The current listing and app interface are in Chinese. The next Android release is being prepared; there is not yet a confirmed public store link. We will update the home page download section when an official link is available.
02 / EVERYDAY CARE
Make care a small habit
How do I set watering or feeding reminders?
Add the plant to your garden, open its care plan, then create a watering or feeding reminder that suits your routine. Adjust the timing to match how you actually care for the plant. A reminder is there to help you remember; it does not replace checking the plant itself.
What should I check if I do not receive a reminder?
In the app, open “Me” and check reminder settings, including whether reminders are temporarily paused and whether a resume date is set. Confirm that the plant’s care plan is still enabled. Also check whether your phone allows notifications from the app or restricts background activity. If reminders still do not arrive, contact us with your phone model, operating-system version and app version.
How can I look back at watering or feeding records?
Open the plant in your personal garden and view its care history to see records by date. A care plan helps you remember what is coming up; a care record helps you remember what you already did.
How do I add photos to a plant’s growth journal?
Add a growth photo from that plant’s record in your garden. Later, you can revisit leaves, whole-plant views or other moments by date. New accounts start with garden visits enabled. When your garden and plants are viewable, growth photos may also appear in the in-app community. Turn off “Allow others to visit my garden” in the app if you want to keep your garden to yourself.
Who can visit a new account’s garden? Can photos appear in the community?
Garden visits are enabled by default for new accounts, so other plant lovers may visit. When a garden and its plants are set to be viewable, growth photos may appear in the in-app community without a separate post being created. If you want to keep your records private, turn off “Allow others to visit my garden” in the app. For public interaction, read the current community rules (Chinese).
How can I browse the plant community and other gardens?
Open “Plant Community” in the app to browse photos shared by other plant lovers. From a post, you may visit a garden if its owner allows visits. This website only shows selected app screenshots; it does not provide a searchable people directory or live feed. Your own growth photos may be visible when your garden and plants are viewable. Check your garden visibility settings, and follow the current community rules (Chinese).
03 / YOUR ACCOUNT & DATA
Understand your account and data
How can I get help if I cannot access my account?
Email liangguangzhi@ayouhuo.com. If possible, write from the email address linked to your account and describe what happened. Do not send your password, verification code or full payment details.
How can I delete my account and associated data?
If you can sign in, choose “Delete account” on the account page and follow the in-app prompts. If you cannot access the app, see the account-deletion instructions for the available request method, scope and processing details.
Where can I read the privacy policy and community rules?
Use the policy that matches your app distribution: China-release privacy policy (Chinese) or Google Play privacy policy (Chinese). The current community rules (Chinese) cover public content and interactions. This English help page is not a translation of the legal text.
Is the app itself available in English?
The website has an English version. The current public App Store listing and app screens are in Chinese. Do not assume that an English website means the app has an English interface. We will update this page if app language or store availability changes.
